Phase II: Special featured speaker will focus on interviewing for success.
Phase III: Do you know how to dress for an interview? This professional will explain the proper way to dress to present yourself as the best candidate for the job.

There will be six (6) break-out sessions throughout the conference each for one (1) hour. Bring your own handouts and job aids to distribute during the session. A projector and screen will be provided but you must bring your own laptop. The presentation must be interactive (which means more than just asking a few questions of the audience.) Real world experience in the area you present is a must. Challenges and ways to overcome them in turbulent times should also be included. A guideline a combination of 25% lecture, 15% activity, and 10% Q&A as a minimum is recommended.
Break-Out Presenter Requirements:
· Session objectives can be met within the time frame
· Experienced in content selection area
· Experienced in presentation and communication to groups
· Presented with adult learning style and group interaction
· Provide hand outs and at least one specific tool which can be applied to their profession
· Professional dress
· Verification of references
· No selling of any kind during the presentation.
