I'd like to see more emphasis on skill building and take aways in training design, leadership, team building, change management, and OD. With the current economy, many people are being asked to do more with less, and our skills are even more important. I guess I'm asking for more practical programs and tools that can be applied to the job of a learning professional. I think our marketing needs to have more of a tie - in to practical on-the-job benefits.
