Event Description

During times of life’s transitions we often find ourselves waiting for the “next big break” and become so focused on the next step that we miss opportunities to prepare for the “next big break”. Our focus on the next step may result in leading us back to our original state, being ill prepared for our new elevation or finding that our next big break isn’t even what we wanted.

The purpose of this session is to provide emotional intelligence strategies to address feelings that may arise during your career or other life changing event that may impact your ability to remain focused on internal transformation versus focusing on external challenges.

·         Discuss the impact of managing one’s emotions during times transition in the life cycle

·         Complete a life map to recognize patterns of emotions during times of transition

·         Analyze and question patterns of behavior during life transitions
