Nicole is the co-author of the popular business and management book, Y in the Workplace: Managing the “Me First” Generation. She is a sought after speaker, consultant and coach who has been retained by organizations such as the American Academy of Osteopathic Surgeons, ProObject, CSARN, HR Academy in Brazil and United Behavioral Health. She has also been an invited presenter at a number of professional conferences.

Tamara Atkins is a 28 year veteran of organizational development and training.  During the course of Tamara’s career she has held leadership assignments in such organizations as Van Kampen Investments (subsidiary of Morgan Stanley) and Circle K Convenience Stores.  She was the owner and managing principal of a very successful organizational development and training company based in Houston, Texas.  She worked with such firms as ExxonMobil, Ocean Energy, Devon Energy, St. Luke’s Hospital, MD Anderson, Continental Airlines, Chase Bank, and HP.
Tamara is a graduate of Texas A&M University (BBA) and has a master’s degree in organizational management from University of Phoenix.  She has developed and presented courses around team effectiveness and leadership to a wide variety of audiences.  She has also been an adjunct professor at a variety of college campuses.


Carole Hackett

Vice President of Human Resources

Carole Hackett is an accomplished executive and has over 25 years experience in health care administration. Most of her professional experience has focused on developing and improving strategies for healthcare organizations.


Mrs. Hackett is currently Vice President of Human Resources for The Methodist Hospital. In her current role she leads the Human Resources function, Guest Relations, Service Quality, Strategic Planning and the Employee Health Clinic.

Mrs. Hackett is a strong proponent of collaboration and team work who consults routinely with executives and management to execute solutions to drive business success. She combines her clinical experience as a Registered Nurse with her administrative experience to assist completion of strategies for the health system. Prior to her current position, she had a long career at the Cleveland Clinic Health System in a variety of administrative roles including Nursing, Human Resources, and Organizational Development as the Chief Learning Office.
