Gems of the Generations: Treasuring Our Greatest Assets
Are you doing what you should to understand and leverage Gen Y as an asset in your office?
Do you wonder what motivates and inspires this new generation of employees?
Are you ready to discuss actionable ways to harness all their talents in 2010?
A workplace revolution is underway, one that is stimulating new methods of thinking, behaving, communicating, and doing business as Generation Y continues to join the workplace and influence corporate culture. We’ve all heard the complaints and have had the complaints about Generation Y, the newest and largest generation to hit the workforce since the Boomers. This interactive presentation will challenge participants to turn their complaints and commiseration into action by rethinking their beliefs about their ability to successfully transition and integrate this generation into the workplace.
