Exposition 2009

1. Registration for Exposition for a $250.00 payment entitles Vendors to one (1) 6’ x 30” table dressed and skirted with two (2) chairs.
   
   
2. Wireless internet connection available throughout hotel at no charge.
   
   
3. Booth electricity available at extra charge of $18.00 per booth. Limited areas available for electricity. First come, first served. (Select Optional Events/Items below )
   
   
4. Vendor Sponsor payment includes all meals and snacks for one person day of the conference.
   
   
5. Additional charge of $75 for each additional person assisting in the vendor sponsor booth, limited to one additional person per booth includes all meals and snacks for the additional person.  (Additional personnel should register separately by choosing Additional Personel rather than Sponsor Booth )
   
   
6. Vendor Sponsor and paid additional person may attend the facilitated networking event at the closing of the conference.
   
   
7. Vendor Sponsors will receive a copy of registered participants and vendors after the conference.
   
   
8. Vendor Sponsors will have their name and company logo in the Conference program.
   
   
9. Vendor Sponsors will be listed on the ASTD Houston Chapter website for 30 days after conference end.
   
   
10. Set up may begin no earlier than 6:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 22, 2009.
    
    
11. Vendor Sponsors may close booths and leave at 4:00 p.m. day of conference.
    
    
12. For those needing overnight accommodations, a block of hotel rooms is being held until 8/31/09. Please refer to ASTD when making accommodations to get the group rate. Each guest will call the hotel direct for reservations and each guest pays for his own room. Rates are $139.00 per room plus applicable state and local taxes and any surcharge in effect at time of check-in. Call 713-462-9977 for reservations. ASTD Houston Chapter is not responsible for any fees incurred by hotel guests at the Crown Plaza Hotel.
